VEGAN AVOCADO CHOCOLATE PUDDING RECIPE

So, being a vegan girl now, sometimes you just need chocolate! So, I came up with a vegan and budget friendly recipe.

WARNING: It’s pretty yummy and you may want to smear it all over your body!


Ingredients

-1 x block/350g of silken firm tofu (£1.24)
-1 x ripe avocado (£1)
-4 tablespoons of maple syrup (£2 per bottle)
-2 tablespoons of cocoa or cacao powder-cocoa is cheaper, cacao is raw (£2-£5)

Total price per person- £3.12


Throw if all together in a blender until smooth and creamy and pop in the fridge for at least an hour. You can top with banana or coconut flakes to make this even more luxurious! This is meant for two people or one hormonal girl (either is fine). It should last in the fridge for about 3 days.

Remember:- Most of the ingredients such as the cacao and the maple syrup, you can use again so it is a budget friendly vegan dessert in the long run. Oh, and totally worth it!
