Hey! So, as it’s coming to the end of the exam period (for me at least anyway), everyone is getting a bit sick after all that hard work studying and then celebrating! This juice is packed with all the vitamins and minerals a girl (or guy) could ask for to get you back in tip top shape ready for the summer!


1 big handful of kale

2 carrots

1 big handful of spinach

1 sharp green apple

2 sweet red apples

1 lime


Just pop it all in a juicer and boom! You’re done. If you don’t have a juicer alternatively you can pop it into a blender on high with half a litre of water. Blend until a juice consistency and then pop through a sieve to strain away all the pulp and BOOM, done.
